Some department have started them but have not complete the survey, or have not started at all, please take the time to help get the fire departments counted.

By completing the survey, you’ll help provide critical data to inform state policies and programs that impact the EMS sector. The Executive Office of Health and Human Services is urging Fire Department to complete the 2025 Massachusetts Health Care and Human Services Workforce Survey (MHCW) that you or your HR department recently received. The Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) has partnered with JSI Research & Training Institute to conduct this essential survey on staffing capacity and diversity across health care and human services sectors, as these issues impact access to care, quality of care, cost, and health outcomes.
