This message is on behalf of your project partners at MAPC regarding rebates for FCAM contract purchases.
As some of you may know, there is a fee the vendors pay when a purchase is made using one of the FCAM contracts. When that fee is paid, a 10% rebate is then assessed from the total value of the fee and sent to the town that made the purchase. We recently just finished processing the rebates for all of the paid invoices in our system, so a new batch of checks are on their way!
There’s often been some confusion from towns or town administration who don’t know about the program, so we wanted give you all heads up in the event a check comes your way.
