Conference Sponsorship Application

5 Bugle Chief Sponsor – $7,500- $10,000+

Includes a free advertisement in the program book (Full-page) if completed by October 1, 2025, a flyer in the attendee’s bag, up to a 60 second advertisement (provided by sponsor) on the main screen during lunch, sponsor Logo on main screen throughout the day, and an Advertisement on the PDC webpage. Free passes to the show and an invitation to the luncheon will be provided. The sponsor will be mentioned as the chief sponsor to attendees at luncheon.

4 Bugle Deputy Chief Sponsor- $5,000 – $7,499

Includes a free advertisement in the program book if completed by October 1, 2025, a flyer in all attendee’s bags, sponsor Logo on the main screen throughout the day, and an advertisement on the PDC webpage.

3 Bugle Assistant Chief Sponsor- $2,500 – $4,999

A flyer will be included in all attendees’ bags, the logo will be displayed on the main screen throughout the day, and the sponsor will be mentioned on our PDC webpage.

2 Bugle Battalion Chief Sponsor – $1000 – $2,499

A flyer will be included in all attendees’ bags, and your organization will be acknowledged as a sponsor on our PDC webpage.

Program booklet AD
1/4 page – $300, 1/2 page $500, full page-$1,000

PDC Social/Meet & Greet on one evening of the conference for all the attendees, apps, drinks, and need sponsors for that as well, $1,000, name on signage, banner or standup flag AD set that up in the room, provided by vendor.
