NOTICE OF THE 502nd REGULAR EDUCATIONAL MEETING

 This months meeting will be held
December 12th, 2017
STARTING TIME WILL BE 9:30 AM
at the

Auburn Elks
 754 Southbridge Street (Route 12) Auburn, MA
  
Deadline for Reservations is 5pm
Thursday, December 7th, 2017 

Registration deadline is one week from today.
 
Please read the following instructions carefully

If you desire DFS credit for credentialing
you must register on the FPAM Website and the DFS Website. Please read the directions and follow the second link on the FPAM website to the DFS Website.

If you DO NOT need credit for credentialing you only have to register on the FPAM website.
 
LATE RESERVATIONS
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
 
Walk-ins will not be guaranteed lunch
