The Town of Chelmsford has requested proposals for the future use of funds received from the American Rescue Plan Act(ARPA). I'm seeking the following information:

1) Has your municipality provided "Premium Pay" to your firefighters? If so, how much?

2) What funding have you received for other qualified uses?
